Handling precautions

Avoid heat, direct sunlight, moisture, and humidity for leather products.

Use a soft bristle brush to remove dust and dirt from the leather surface.

For suede leather, use a specialized eraser to decontaminate and brush with a soft brush.

If it gets wet, use a soft cloth to remove the water and dry it in a well-ventilated area in the shade.

When exchanges and returns are available

– Within 7 days of receiving the goods. However, if the value of the goods or any of the components of the package is damaged, exchange/return is not possible.
